For the Attorney/Law Firm Who: Needs assistance preparing petitions for Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases. Who may not have the infrastructure in place to handle petitions in-house or manage cases,  or who may have overflow work that in-house staff can’t handle.   Includes: • Includes Chapter 7 Filings (Chapter 13 filings are an additional $100) drafted by an experienced bankruptcy paralegal. • Online access to our proprietary online Case Management System (CMS). • Petition preparation from one of the following three bankruptcy software programs:          • Best Case          • Bankruptcy 2008          • EZ-Filing • Includes review of completed questionnaire, submitted materials and written list of questions/missing items needed to complete the petition sent to you. • An established connection with our company, so if you require further assistance & we can help, you will be considered a past client, even if we are not accepting new clients. • Petition plan turn-around time is 5 business days from the time all documentation has been received and is accepted and considered complete by our staff.

PACKAGE 2:  PREMIUM PETITION PREPARATION

For the Attorney/Law Firm Who: Is looking to have an integrated solution for Bankruptcy petition preparation. The premium petition services will provide direct interaction between Bankruptcy & Real Estate Attorneys Service and your clients - once we receive the initial information from you. We will serve as a representative of your firm, and will communicate directly with your clients to obtain the necessary information, required to complete the petition – so that you can focus on hearings, and consults.  Includes: EVERYTHING IN PLAN 1 AS WELL AS: • A dedicated experienced bankruptcy paralegal to work with your firm and communicate with your clients. • Once accepted, we will review the information submitted by you on your client’s behalf and seek clarification and missing information from your client directly. • A phone number (either your local area code or toll free) will be provided for your clients to call us directly. This phone number will serve as an extension of your firm.

PACKAGE 3:  FULL-SERVICE PETITION PREPARATION

For the Attorney/Law Firm Who: Is looking to have an integrated solution for Bankruptcy petition preparation. The full-service petition preparation provide between Bankruptcy & Real Estate Attorneys Service and your clients - from start to finish.  We will handle all collection of information and questionnaire data as well as necessary documents to complete the filing. We will serve as a representative of your firm, and will chase your clients for necessary information – so that you can focus on hearings, and consults.  Includes: EVERYTHING IN PLANS 1 AND 2 AS WELL AS: • We will assist your clients filling out the questionnaire and coordinate with your client to gather all required materials. • You don’t need to worry about compiling your client’s file – we will do that for you – package it in a file folder and scan all information for you to keep as client records. • There is no file acceptance process in this plan – we will take care of all of the legwork to assemble a completed petition and send it to you for review before filing.
